We’re currently rolling out an upgrade to our custom domains feature to improve security, reliability, and make setup fully self-serve going forward.

As part of this transition, custom domain requests are temporarily paused while we complete testing and deployment. We expect this to be completed and ready by later next week.

During this period, all shared reports will automatically be served from our default fallback domain (your-marketing-report.com). There is no impact to report data or access — only the domain being used.

Once the update is live, you’ll be able to add and manage custom domains directly from your Oviond dashboard via a new self-serve flow.

We apologise for the short notice and appreciate your patience while we complete this upgrade.

This change was required as we transition away from our previous domain infrastructure provider, who deprecated their shared DNS routing with limited notice. As a result, we’ve moved to a new setup using dedicated routing, improving security, performance, and long-term reliability.
