Everything that is not widget geometry is now the same in both layouts: the Pages panel with cover, contents, every page and thank-you; inline page rename, add, duplicate, reorder, and delete; a New page button below the last page; and an empty-page card that offers the first widget outright.

Add Content is one catalog in one order for both layouts, so the cards do not change depending on which layout you opened.
